My coaching style is anchored by the idea that our thoughts create our reality, that we have infinitely more power than we know and that self-awareness is the key that unlocks all our human and super-human potential. Together, we will unleash your magnificent, limitless possibilities and create exactly the kind of life you truly want. 

To do this, we will take a deep dive into the conditioning that you carry with you, that creates havoc in your relationships, blocks you from accessing your potential and produces unhappiness and stress. My coaching will give you the emotional freedom to be, do and have whatever you want in your life. It’s not easy and it requires consistent attention and mastery over negative habits but you will be glad you had the courage and indeed, the self-love to take the plunge. 

I am not married to any one kind of coaching approach and it will be tailored to each individuals’ needs and goals. Here’s what it’s not: It is not therapy; there will be no coddling or excuse-making, though there will be deep love and kindness. It is not a “bitch” session; there will be no tolerance for blame or a victim mentality, though there will be time to grieve loss and pain. It is not spiritual bypassing; we will not gloss over hard or hurtful truths with spiritual pablum.
